Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data or spam.
Post offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful content.
Abuse our consultant ecosystem or seek services under false pretences.
3. CONSULTANT & SESSION CONTENT
Kyoho uses reasonable endeavours to validate credentials and profiles.
Kyoho is not a party to any User Contracts (as defined in the Legal Terms).
We are not responsible for service quality or outcomes.
Users are fully responsible for their decisions.
Recording or sharing of live sessions is strictly prohibited.
You may not extract or republish consultant insights for resale or content creation.
4. CONTRIBUTIONS & REVIEWS
If you upload or post any content (“Contribution”), you:
Confirm it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
Warrant you have full rights and permissions to post it.
Must not use reviews for competitor manipulation, fraud, or misleading promotions.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate Contributions that violate this Policy or any of our Terms.
5. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this Policy may result in:
A warning
Removal of content
Suspension or termination of your access
Legal action and/or reporting to authorities in serious cases
Kyoho disclaims all liability for user-generated content and is not obligated to monitor user activity.
